About Us

Our Mission

Connecting Bridges Together is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping children, teenagers, and families to build and preserve healthy relationships in a safe environment through education, counseling, and outreach programs for the community and educational systems.

Our Story

The journey began after years of working with people in different stages of their lives, and seeing how overwhelmed they felt because of the circumstances they were facing. Some incidents were new to them and for others it was childhood traumas that were never addressed. We understand those moments when life takes us in a direction that we have no power or control over like divorce, some legal matters, and a roller coaster ride called life. Connecting Bridges Together is persistent on being the most welcoming and dedicated agency in the community. Our goal is to provide healthy lifestyles through counseling, community programs and education.

Your Story is Important

Asking for help is difficult for many people. Your not alone, what you have to say is important to us. We want to be the one place where hope is acceptable, and where new beginnings and change is reachable. Your story builds those bridges to new possibilities.

Where Do I Go From Here?
